📦 Ordering and delivery
1. Processing your order
Orders will be delivered within 3 business days.
You will receive an email with your tracking code on the shipping day , so you know exactly where your package is.
2. Delivery time
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands – then no issues with long waiting times or customs checks .
Delivery within 3 business days (valid in the Netherlands and Belgium).
Delivery Monday to Saturday.
Note: In special circumstances (such as extremely busy periods or unforeseen events), delivery may be slightly delayed. We will of course keep you informed.
3. Shipping costs
✔ FREE SHIPPING within the Netherlands and Belgium.
✔ No minimum order – we will cover the shipping costs .
At Magic Matcha you only pay for the power of Matcha – not for shipping.
4. Track your order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking code by email. This allows you to track your package in real time via our tracking page.
If you have not received a tracking code within 3 days of ordering, you can contact us via Contact us.
5. Important information
✔ Delivery address : Always double-check your address when completing your order. We cannot change the address once it has been processed.
✔ Liability : Magic Matcha is not responsible for delays or misdelivered packages due to incorrectly provided address information.
✔ Delays : We do everything we can to deliver your order on time. In rare cases, external factors may cause delays, but you will always be informed.
