Return Policy

At Eva  we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within  30 days after receipt in accordance with our return policy. Return shipping is at your own expense.

1. Return conditions

To be eligible for return, the item must:

✅ Be in the same condition as when you received it (unused and unworn).
✅ Have all original tags still attached.
✅ Be in the original packaging.
✅ Bring a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. How do you start a return?

  1. Contact us at  info@magicmatcha.nl  and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. You will receive a return label from us and detailed instructions on how to return the package.
  3. Please send the item to the following return address:

⚠️ Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damage and issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, you can contact us within 48 hours at Contact us. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

4. Exceptions – Items that cannot be returned

Please note that certain products  not  can be returned, including:

❌ Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants).
❌ Personal or custom-made items.
❌ Personal care products (e.g. beauty and hygiene products).
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
❌ Discounted items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

Want to exchange a product? The fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

6. Statutory 14-day reflection period (EU)

If your order was shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The return conditions remain the same:

✔ The product must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging.
✔ Returns must be requested within the statutory period.
✔ Proof of purchase is required.

7. Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

  • If approved , the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within  10 business days.
  • Note: Banks or credit card companies may require additional processing time.
