We have 30-day return policy. This means you  have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Not worn or unused
  • Come with tags attached
  • In the original packaging, it is
  • Have a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package.  Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if:

  • You have received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue as quickly as possible and offer an appropriate solution.

Exceptions – Items that cannot be returned

Certain items  cannot be returned , including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care products (such as cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Note:  Discounted items and  gift card  cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Want a different item? The fastest way is to return the unwanted item and place the new order separately after the return has been approved.

Statutory 14-day cooling-off period (EU)

For orders shipped to  EU  you are entitled to cancel or return the order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The return conditions are the same: the item must be unused, have the tags attached, and be in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us.

  • If the return is approved, the amount will be   refunded to the original payment method within 10 virkedager
    . Please note that processing times at your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
